1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service apply when you use Rank Xpert’s services, website, client portal, or any related systems we provide.

By working with Rank Xpert, paying an invoice, approving a proposal, or accessing our client portal, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Rank Xpert provides digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, website design, social media management, content, reporting, consulting, and related digital services.

The exact services, pricing, inclusions, and deliverables will be listed in your proposal, invoice, agreement, or written communication with us.

3. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver services properly, you agree to provide accurate information, required access, content, images, brand assets, approvals, feedback, and login details where needed.

Rank Xpert is not responsible for delays or reduced results caused by late feedback, missing information, lack of access, third-party issues, or changes requested after work has started.

4. Payments

Invoices must be paid by the due date listed on the invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing.

For ongoing monthly services, payments are usually made in advance.

If payment is overdue, Rank Xpert may pause work, withhold deliverables, suspend services, or restrict access to the client portal until payment is received.

5. Cancellations

For ongoing monthly services, clients must provide written notice to cancel.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, cancellation requires at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date.

Services already paid for are non-refundable once the billing period or project work has started.

6. No Guaranteed Results

Rank Xpert aims to provide high-quality digital marketing services and improve client results where possible.

However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, revenue, website traffic, ad results, or business outcomes.

Results can be affected by competition, budget, website history, Google updates, platform changes, market demand, client input, and other factors outside our control.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Some of our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, WordPress, hosting providers, domain providers, analytics tools, advertising platforms, plugins, and other software.

Rank Xpert is not responsible for outages, bugs, restrictions, account issues, ranking changes, ad disapprovals, tracking issues, or technical problems caused by third-party platforms.

8. Client Portal Use

Rank Xpert may provide clients with access to a client portal for communication, onboarding, file sharing, reporting, invoices, approvals, project updates, and service delivery.

Clients are responsible for keeping their login details secure and must not share access with unauthorised people.

Clients must not upload or share unlawful, harmful, offensive, misleading, confidential, or unauthorised material through the portal.

Rank Xpert may restrict, suspend, or remove portal access if a client misuses the portal, fails to pay invoices, ends their services, or breaches these terms.

The client portal may be provided through a third-party platform, such as SuiteDash or another client management system.

9. Intellectual Property

Rank Xpert retains ownership of its internal systems, templates, strategies, processes, documents, automations, reports, methods, and business materials.

Once full payment has been received, clients may use the final approved work created specifically for their business.

Rank Xpert may display non-confidential work, results, testimonials, screenshots, or project examples in marketing material unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

10. Content and Approvals

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content, designs, ads, website changes, reports, and other work where approval is requested.

Once approved, Rank Xpert is not responsible for errors, omissions, claims, or inaccuracies that the client approved or did not correct during the review process.

11. Confidentiality

Rank Xpert and the client agree to keep confidential information private unless it needs to be shared to deliver the service, is required by law, or is agreed in writing.

Confidential information may include logins, business information, customer data, reports, strategies, pricing, files, and project information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank Xpert is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, lost profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, reputational damage, or other consequential loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Rank Xpert’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

13. Privacy

Rank Xpert handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
